I must compliment Anna for her great service. She is one stylist who took great care of her customer's hair, going through every detail to ensure good results. She will check and advise the condition of my hair, highlighting what issues my hair is facing and what it needs. All this consultation went through very genuinely without any hard selling. Also, She and Ivan forms a great team. Thr entire hair treatment session went smoothly without any delays. Once the beeper went off, i was immediately attended to, no lapse in service or follow up. I also noticed that JEM's team has great SOP as you can see that customers who walked in are served immediately, their greetings, the tea served, consultation and then recommendation. All these are very well carried out which assures you that Apgujeong trained their stylists well. Im not someone who signs package, but as Anna was that good, professional and nice, i break that norm ​
