Apgujeong Hair Studio Clementi Mall - Assistant Director Ann

If i could rate Ann more than a full score, i would do so as i felt she deserve this. I started patronizing Apgujeong back when Ann started at Tampines outlet and since then had followed her to Clementi even i stayed at Tampines. She is not any stylist who just give customers what they wanted for the sake of selling, but she takes pride in her work to ensure that the result is to perfection as everytime i came to her for colour and cut, she will advise me and giver her sincere feedback if its suitable for me. Its that sincerity and her great skills that build up this relationship to more than stylist-customer relationship but more like friends. She even goes to the extra miles to buy us souveniors whenever she is back from korea and will safekeep them till our next appointment visit. ​

"Dear whom it may concern,

I am writing to comment on the wonderful hairstylists of Apgujeong @ Clementi Mall and would like to convey these compliments to them !

I visited the salon on the 18/07/2018 at around 6pm. I enquired about the rebonding services and was told that if I'm in a hurry, I could book an appointment but as I'm having my internship at Changi Airport, my next off day is uncertain due to the shifts and it would be very inconvenient for me hence the staff accepted my request despite the time rush factor. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names so I'll describe them base on their appearance.

I was first served by a female hairstylist who had long brown/gold hair (ponytail), chinese speaking and wearing a black blazer and thin stripes pants. Her way of doing the rebonding was gentle and professional as I felt no discomfort which was surprising as my previous experience with other hair salons was the complete opposite. She knows exactly what I expected and was extremely concentrated and exceeded my expectations. She also notice that I was feeling cold after the long hours hence she took the initiative and offer a blanket since I was only wearing a t-shirt and shorts. As a 18 year old student, I felt comfortable around her instead of feeling pressured. She makes sure that I was treated well during the service.

The next hairstylist who I would like to compliment is a male hairstylist who is chinese speaking, brownish hair(?) and wore a 
grey outerwear. He was nice and caring towards me and offer assistance whenever needed such as when I had to stay still due to the machine treatment, I had difficulties reaching for my wallet to place back my debit card, he came to help me so I won't feel discomforted moving around. As I was there for a few hours with an empty stomach, when I asked whether I was famish, I answered no and will take dinner after the service as I was afraid they might think that I'm rushing or find them too slow. What he did next was surprising. He offered me some small food(old chang kee which happens to be my favourite) that he had purchased with his own money. I was really caught off guard as it was unexpected. He also notice that I was feeling cold and gave me a extra pillow and place a towel on my shoulders so I won't feel cold when he proceeded with the rebonding. I really appreciate his efforts to go an extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable.

The last hairstylist I would like to compliment is a male hairstylist, chinese speaking, wore a green camo shirt (if i'm not wrong, it was timberland brand) and jeans with glasses. His way of doing the service was professional and detailed. He explained the products benefits very clear and was very knowledgeable on what he's promoting. 

My experience with Apgujeong @ Clementi Mall has been a extremely pleasant and lovely one. I would like to thank the hairstylists for their professionalism and excellent customer service skills and would like to also sincerely apologise for making them work extra longer as I entered the salon in the evening and it only ended when all the stores were already close since the rebonding + treatment time takes up the 4 hours and I didn't had cash with me to give them tips. I will be sure to come back again and recommend to my family and friends to your salon because although the prices may be expensive but is worth it as the service was amazing unlike all the other salons I been to for rebonding which was unpleasant. Since I do not have the hairstylists name, I hope that these compliments were convey to right staffs. I would appreciate if I were to have a response on whether this email has been read and convey to.

Apgujeong Hair Studio Hougang Mall - Darren

​Darren is really really caring and nice as i was there for about 3plus hours and he came to me a few times checking out if im tired, hungry or thirsty. I just merely asked if the salon serve juices and he went all out to get me a watermelon juice and im stunned by his extra effort for this. Other stylists who were there with him are good and friendly too.
