KC Group 10th Years Anniversary Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

This lucky draw is organised by KC Group Pte Ltd, which includes Apgujeong Hair Studio, Aoyama Hair Studio, Myeongdong Hair Studio, Kerluxe Hair Studio, James Barker Barber, Hanbang Skin.

Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to the below terms and conditions. By submitting your entry to the KC Group 10th Years Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to abide by the below terms and conditions.

The Lucky Draw will be conducted at KC Group HQ on 10:00 AM, 12 January 2024. Results will be announced between 19th January 2024 - 26th January 2024.

There will be 10 winners entitled to the prize.

Each receipt with a minimum of $1,000 spending will be entitled to one lucky draw entry (package deductions do not qualify). Participants may submit multiple entries based on different receipt submission. Promotional, discounted, complimentary services are not entitled to lucky draw entry. Submission of multiple same entries will result in disqualification.

Employees of KC Group Pte Ltd and its related franchises and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation in the Lucky Draw.

Participant confirms that all information provided at the time of Lucky Draw entry is accurate. Any misrepresentation shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won.

KC Group will endeavour to hold the Lucky Draw on and at the advertised date, time and venue and by the mode (manually or electronically) as advertised, but reserves the right, to conduct the Lucky Draw by another mode in such circumstances as KC Group may deem appropriate.

Participants for the contest will be contacted on the same day as the draw through the mobile number or email provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 16 January 2024, their prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.

Winner will be informed about details for prize collection. KC Group’s decision on the winner is final and no correspondence will be entertained. KC Group's decision at all stages of the Lucky Draw is final, no enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, will be entertained.

By entering the Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that all personal data submitted may be used KC Group for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes KC Group may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided KC Group with consent.

KC Group may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in KC Group's publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in KC Group without further compensation.

Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of KC Group, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Lucky Draw.

KC Group shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Lucky Draw.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, KC Group accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings.

The winner is required to provide their full particulars, including their full NRIC/Passport/Identification number for the purpose of verification & audit, and prize must be personally claimed by the winner at the prize presentation event at the given date/time which will be provided to the winners. Prizes not claimed at the prize presentation event will be forfeited.

KC Group reserves the right to add to or alter any of the prizes, or to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice to the participants.
